Auction of the 9th "Evening of the Heart" by the FLMM

A memorable evening at the Yacht Club of Monaco with many personalities and the “Femmes Leaders Mondiales Monaco” (world women leaders - from Monaco)during which the auction of works by 14 international artists took place. I had the pleasure to be one of them.
For this 2026 edition, the BELI collection for sale consisted of:
– a "Surprise Box" and
– a reproduction of the artwork "Let’s Follow the Light."
This dove in flight is a reproduction (on art paper, numbered and framed, in a limited edition) of the original that was exhibited at the United Nations headquarters in New York in December 2025. This was a world first exhibition, bringing together 213 artists (one artist per UN member state), with BELI representing Monaco.
The surprise box, on the other hand, contained three signed bronze sculptures, two of which were brand new, fresh from the foundry:
– A brand new seahorse, symbol of luck and protection since antiquity, but now threatened by environmental pressures.
– A numbered baby shark’s fin: much more than a sculpture, it’s a call to action against the unjustified slaughter of sharks for their fins.
– And two intertwined hearts, red and gold, a new piece by the artist to express love, but also particularly suited to an evening dedicated to women’s hearts!
